2018-2021 Regional Development Programme of Georgia (Unofficial translation)

Decree of the Government of Georgia 

#1292, 11 June 2018, Tbilisi, on the approval of the Regional Development Programme of Georgia for 2018-2021

1. In pursuance with the Law of Georgia on the Structure, Authority and Rules of Operation of the Government of Georgia, article 5, “I” and “h³” section, the Regional Development Programme of Georgia for 2018-2021 (hereinafter - the programme) shall be approved according to the annex to this decree.
2. The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is obliged to:

1. Prepare and present Monitoring Plan for implementation of the programme to the Government of Georgia no later than 6 month from the approval of the programme defined in the first article of the decree ;
2. Elaborate guidelines for definition of Pilot Regions and present them to the Government of  Georgia no later than 3 month from the approval of the programme defined in the first article of the decree
