A kindergarten of modern standards built in Rustavi

A new kindergarten designed for 230 children is opened in Rustavi. The kindergarten meets all modern standards.
Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Mrs. Maya Tskitishvili and Minister of Education and Science, Mr. Mikheil Chkhenkeli attended the opening ceremony of the 10th kindergarten of Rustavi City.
“In the first place I want to congratulate to children as well as the parents and the city of Rustavi. It has been a while since the construction of a new kindergarten in Rustavi.  Construction of this kindergarten started last year. The cost of construction exceeded GEL million a bit more and, as you can see, it brought happiness to the children and parents alike. Our Ministry receives lots of requests on construction and renovation of kindergartens from regions. We are going to work hard to accomplish these projects in a timely and qualitative manner” – Mrs. Maya Tskitishvili said.
“Fundamental objective of the Ministry of Education and Science is improvement of the quality of education, which shall start from kindergartens. This is why I am glad that this kindergarten provides full comfort to our kids” – Mr. Chkhenkeli said.
Construction of the kindergarten was funded from the Fund of the Projects to be Implemented in the Regions of Georgia and from local budget.
Within the last 5 years more than 300 kindergartens were constructed and renovated in Georgia.
