City of Borjomi will have a renewed Center of Culture and a Puppet Theater

Soon Borjomi city will have renewed Center of Culture and Arts and Puppet Theatre. The project includes rehabilitation of exterior, changing of the roof, parterre and stage of the Theatre. Rehearsal hall and a dressing room were also renovated. 
Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Zurab Alavidze visited the site along with the Governor of the region.
The building has not been rehabilitated for years and it was in need of renovation. This is a very important project for the regional development. The building will host events, festivals of regional and international importance. The center will function as a theater and a concert hall. The project was funded from the state budget and its cost amounts to around GEL 300 000.
