Giga Katsia appointed on the position of the Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia

Giga Katsia is appointed on the position of the Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia.

Within 2012 – 2017 Mr. Katsia occupied the position of a Deputy Corporate Director at TBC Bank. Until then, he was the Advisor to the Director General at the same Bank. 

In 2009 he was the Vice-President of VTB Bank. Before 2009 he was the Chief Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. 
    
He also occupied various positions at the Bank Republic.

Giga Katsia graduated from Sparkasse Banking Institute. He earned his Master’s degree at Tbilisi State University.

Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Mrs. Maya Tskitishvili has four Deputies: First Deputy, Mr. Irakli Karseladze, who, at the same time, is the Chair of the Roads Department of Georgia, Deputies: Mr. Ilia Begiashvili, Mrs. Mzia Giorgobiani and Mr. Giga Katsia.
