Irakli Karseladze and State Representative-Governor in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region, Levan Shonia reviewed the perspectives of development of the region

First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Chairman of the Roads Department of Georgia, Mr. Irakli Karseladze held a meeting with the State Representative-Governor to Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region, Mr. Levan Shonia.
At the meeting the parties discussed problematic issues in the region and ongoing and planned infrastructure projects . They also highlighted investment potential of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Region and the development perspectives of the region. Primary needs, including roads and potable water system rehabilitation projects were also the topics of discussion.
At the meeting the First Deputy Minister and the Governor agreed on coordinated communication to make the existing cooperation closer and more efficient. 
First Deputy Minister will actively continue holding meetings with Governors.
