Maya Tskitishvili holds a working meeting in the People’s Republic of China

Georgian delegation led by Vice Prime Minister of Georgia and Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Mrs. Maya Tskitishvili holds a working meeting in the city of Ürümqi in the People’s Republic of China. Within the visit, Maya Tskitishvili will hold a meeting with Vice Premier of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Hu Chunhua. Vice Prime Minister Mrs. Maya Tskitishvili will make a speech at China-Eurasian Economic Cooperation Forum and participate in China-Eurasia international exhibition – China-Eurasia Expo 2018. A meeting with the leader of Xinjiang autonomous region is planned as well as Minister’s visit in a company Hualing. Within the visit, cooperation issues between two counties will be reviewed in various directions, and particular attention will be paid on Georgia’s role in development of a so-called corridor, within the Silk Road. Georgian delegation includes Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Genadi Arveladze and Director General of Georgian Railway Davit Peradze.
