Maya Tskitishvili talked about the ongoing reforms in local self-government field with GIZ

Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Mrs. Maya Tskitishvili met the representative of the German Embassy to Georgia, Mr. Daniel Haas and GIZ Country Director, Mr. Roland F. Streurer.
The parties discussed ongoing local self-government reform, jointly implemented projects and deepening of cooperation between the Ministry and the German side. 
Activities planned by GIZ for 2018 within the frames of local self-government program, including the issue of modernization of municiapal administration, as well as self-government development and the importance of decentralization on local level were the topics of discussion.
Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and GIZ have been actively cooperating in terms of trainings and capacity building of local self-government administration employees.
The parties hoped for further successful cooperation.
