Municipalities collaboration pilot project in Adjara

Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure hosted a meeting among experts of the Council of Europe and the representatives of municipalities (Kheda, Shuakhevi, Khulo) of Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The meeting was led by the Advisor to the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure - Eka Sepashvili.
During the meeting parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation between the municipalities and a pilot project of municipalities cooperation in Adjara region - "Solid Waste Management". The Ministry expressed its readiness to deepen the cooperation mechanisms between the municipalities.
