Projects ongoing in demarcation line adjoining villages under special monitoring

Today, Ilia Begiashvili - Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia was visiting Kaspi Municipality Village Sakorintlo. He heard information regarding actual problems, communicated by the local population and gave a speech about importance of infrastructural project implementation in demarcation line adjacent villages. „Here, our citizens require special attention and we are in every possible way seeking to improve their social conditions. Currently, asphalting works for 2,7km Sakorintlo-Akhalsheni connecting road are in progress and it is more so pleasant that the project will be completed ahead of schedule. The complex water supply project providing for construction-rehabilitation of wells, drainage canals and irrigation systems is underway. In the period ahead, quite a few projects are planned to be financed from various funds, and tens of millions of Georgian Lari will be disbursed for this purpose“ – stated Ilia Begiashvili. According to the Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, all ongoing and planned projects are adapted to the needs and requirements of locals.
