Zurab Alavidze held a meeting with the Heads of contracting companies

Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Zurab Alavidze met with the Heads of the companies implementing rehabilitation and construction projects of the Roads Department of Georgia. The meeting, which was organized by the Society of road builders of Georgia, was held in the Radisson Hotel.  
According to Mr. Alavidze, ongoing and planned works on roads are under control on a daily basis.  Minister and Heads of the companies discussed the difficulties and solutions to the existing problematic issues.  
Currently the Roads Department of Georgia is implementing 54 construction-rehabilitation projects, while Municipal Development Fund is implementing 86 road infrastructure projects.
