8 August 2017Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Zurab Alavidze, along with the Prime minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and other members of the government, visited Brothers’ Cemetery of Mukhatgverdi.
Members of the Cabinet of Ministers paid tribute to the memory of the heroes who died in the August 2008 war and laid a wreath on the memorial at Mukhatgverdi cemetery. Zurab Alavidze expressed his condolences to the family members of the heroes who died and attended the mass for the dead.
